Interim mandate

The process execution of my interim mandate for your company includes the following steps.

Before assignment

  1. Requirements analysis (clarification of the requirements, job specifications, responsibility and authorities)
  2. Preparation and acceptance of the specification (definition and description of the project, the contents of the assignment, responsibilities and reporting lines, determination of the authorities and hierarchical structures)
  3. Contract conclusion, assignment begin and target agreement

During assignment

  1. Controlling and quality assurance (project implementation and management with continuous review, reporting)
  2. Consultation and coaching

After assignment
